How to Create a Job Title Picklist
Job Title Picklists are selection lists used to populate the Job Title data input field in Contacts with one of a number of predefined values. Picklists provided in the standard system can be altered to use customer-specific values.
Click on the Job Titles Icon in the CONTACTS Section of the Picklists page.
The address bar link is: /?codelists&cl=job_titles
The Picklists - Job Titles page opens with a current list of Job Titles. To add another Job Title, Click Add New in the header bar.
The Picklists - Job Titless page opens with the ADD NEW JOB TITLE form enabled. Enter the New Job Title name and the Order in which it appears. Choose if this is a Default Category for each New Division that is added.
Click the down arrow in the Profile field to select the Profile this Job Title belongs to. Only users belonging to the selected Profile will be able to see the Job Title. To Create Profiles Refer article How to create a Profile.
Click SAVE to commit the New Job Title to the system.
To Delete a Job Title, Click Delete at the end of the row of the Job Title that has to be deleted.
